The company hired a star team of programmers who began developing the proprietary patent-pending TVentures technology platform in 1999. 2000, the company started supporting a number of clients in IT staffing and solutions, some of them are Fannie Mae, Northrop Grumman, NCS, AOL, and zGraffiti. 2000, Technology Ventures invested in zGraffiti, Inc, a CRM platform company. 2002, Technology Ventures signs partnerships with IBM and Software AG to provide IT consulting services. 2004, Technology Ventures opens an outsourcing center in Pune, India. 2005, Technology Ventures selected to provide IT staffing services to the State of Virginia. 2005, Technology Ventures signs a partnership with Nortel PEC to provide IT staffing services. 2006, Technology Ventures invests in Recruitment Process Outsourcing initiative.
