1. How much does the zGraffiti cost?
Our basic technology license fees are lower than what you might pay for other types of marketing and CRM capabilities online. We offer a very competitive and performance oriented pricing structure to our clients because we believe in generating win/win long term relationships with clients to help them improve their return on existing customers.
Importantly, we operate as an ASP with our clients and provide ongoing services to help ensure the technology is delivering against the marketing, business and customer objectives. Basic technology licensing fees for the zGraffiti technology platform will vary by client based on a variety of factors including length of contract, types of solutions selected, number of users and other performance results. We offer both fixed and flexible performance based licenses. Consulting and data mining services are also available to our clients to most effectively harness the power of the zGraffiti technology platforms and tools.

2. How much technical integration is required to utilize zGraffiti?
We have designed our software and technology services to work independently or in an integrated manner with other existing CRM/eCRM tools you may be using. Most of our clients will only simply need to provide a link from the website homepage or other simple customer communication point to a web page hosted by zGraffiti on the client's behalf which is tailored to the client's brand logo, look and feel, in order to enable the customer to easily download a small application powered by zGraffiti. If you have existing user loyalty programs and wish to integrate those through zGraffiti, we will work with your team to coordinate a simple user experience.

3. How much time or how many resources will I need to dedicate to get up and running with zGraffiti?
We understand that time and people are precious resources in any organization. We purposefully designed our solutions to be turnkey for our clients. We can have your custom application ready for deployment to your customer base within a few weeks of signing a contract. Importantly, we can rapidly tailor and build out the technology platform to meet your needs with a few brief meetings with your team on goals and business requirements. We will also provide you with an account management resource who will guide you through our simple process to get you up and running quickly. Then once you are deployed, you will have an ongoing opportunity to make changes to your tactics and other inputs depending on the type of license and program established. Our account team will provide you with standard monthly reports to help you gain the basic insights you need to make business decisions and uncover new opportunities to drive your brand and customer relationships online.

4. How scaleable and secure are your systems to handle my customer activity?
All zGraffiti servers are hosted at Exodus. The Exodus network design is configured to provide state of the art security, web traffic capacity and maximize performance. Each client platform and database is kept secure and independent from another client configuration. We will review your individual forecasts with you and can easily replicate and expand our infrastructure as warranted.

5. How will I get my customers to download the zGraffiti powered application once it has been customized to my brand?
Our account management team will work with you to provide recommendations on the best and most efficient means to encourage your customers to participate and use your new zGraffiti powered platform. We usually recommend that you tie the promotion or program announcement in with existing marketing or business development programs targeted to your end users. 6. What about creative resources?
We typically work with clients who are already using other recourses to help develop and manage brand marketing, website, email and other online creative materials. We assume that most clients will have someone at the client who can help generate the GIF or JPEG images, animation and sound files, rich media and other components clients want to use with zGraffiti. If not, it would be our pleasure to help you with these items. We can construct html pages and other items as well.
